For Mental Health Professionals
If you're a licensed psychologist, psychiatrist, or counsellor, I'd like to build something with you — not just talk at people about calm.
Here's the honest version: I share real moments, honest reflection, and things I've genuinely learned about staying calm. People respond to it. But I'm a personal coach, not a clinician — and the parts of this that go deeper than a story and a lesson genuinely deserve someone qualified behind them.
That's the gap I'd like to close. Not by pretending to be something I'm not, but by inviting people who actually are — psychologists, psychiatrists, counsellors — to volunteer time, perspective, or expertise, and help shape what this space becomes.
What this could look like
No fixed program yet. Just an honest call about what volunteering could actually look like for you.
Whether that's content input, community guidance, or something else — I'd rather build this with professionals than assume what's useful.
This is volunteer-based. Whatever time or involvement makes sense for you is the right amount.
This page, and this site, are not a crisis service and never will be. If you're a professional volunteering here, that boundary matters as much to me as it does to you — nothing here is meant to replace licensed care, emergency services, or your own clinical judgment. If someone reaching out is in crisis, they need a helpline or emergency care, not a volunteer network.

If this resonates
No pitch, no commitment. Just tell me who you are and what you do — I'll take it from there.
